X-Box 360 Mod-Chip Guarantee

I) Removing or tampering with the Defcon 5 sticker on your console or opening the console will warrant this guarantee null and void. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
II) Defcon 5 will guarantee, replace, reprogram or repair faulty mod-chips for a period of two (2) years from the date of installation.
III) If the faulty mod-chip needs to be replaced, it will be replaced with the same or if not available, a mod-chip with equivalent functions and quality.
IV) If in the opinion of an authorised Defcon 5 technician, the console was damaged due to a faulty chip or faulty installation, Defcon 5 will repair or replace the faulty console at no charge.
V) Defcon 5 can and will not guarantee or replace laser lenses damaged due to bad quality disks being played on the console. Bad quality disks meaning certain "Pirated Movies", "DVDrw" (re-writable DVD disks) or cheap "DVDr" (writable DVD) disks. If you want to use DVDr disks please use Verbatim DL +R only. Bad quality disks will damage your console's laser.
VI) The X-BOX 360 range of consoles have tremendous design and heat problems commonly known as the R.R.O.D. (3 red lights) and E74. The firmware modification will not fix or prevent this from happening, neither will this be covered under any of our guarantees.




			2 Year Mod-chip guarantee (Physical Mod-Chips only):
